This Hangzhou and Suzhou private tour was great. Both tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly, they provided so many information about their cities, the history and culture of China impressed us so much. Drivers were nice and the cars were very clean with bottled water provided. Special thanks to Linda, the tour guide in Suzhou. She made our Suzhou visit special. We are a family of 7 including elderlys and yound kid, we all have different needs but Linda was being so kind trying to assist us doing activities we liked such as arranging the rickshaw tour for some of us who like to see the local's lifestyle and a private boat for my parents so they didn't have to walk far. That was really nice. Linda went above and beyond to sort out our missing Tibetan Permit and continue trip to Lhasa.
Highly recommend this Suzhou Hangzhou private tour, and Suzhou Private Tour company, the communication from Sam/Bonnie was great, fast response, they took care of you from start to finish.
