3). Confirm the booking. After receving your enquiry, we will contact you either by email or telephone. When your booking is confirmed, you will get a confirmation email which includes the confirmed detailed itinerary with prices.

4). Easy payment: Deposit is needed to hold your reservation and the balance you can pay us 2 days before the service start. Paypal, WesternUnion, Cash payment, credit card payment or wire transfer. RMB and US$ or other hard currencies are acceptable.

5). Cancellation: Full payment 2 days before the service starts. You have up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to call and cancel your service with no penalty incurred. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time a 50% cancellation penalty will apply. There are no refunds for cancellations within two hours of scheduled tour time. “No Shows”are non-refundable.
